I specialize in helping people who struggle with their sense of self—whether that’s self-talk, self-worth, self-care, or how all of it ties into anxiety and depression. I work with individuals to challenge that loud, irrational voice in their head and say, “Stop! Not today.”
My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect—you know yourself best, and I’m here to support your goals, not define them for you. I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more hopeful, more empowered, and more connected to yourself.
