Hello!
Life doesn't come with a roadmap, and sometimes the twists, turns, and unexpected detours can feel overwhelming and scary. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, reaching out for support can be one of the most meaningful steps you take.
I take a person-centered approach to counseling, which means we'll work together to better understand what's contributing to the challenges you're experiencing and identify the strengths you already possess. My goal is to help you move from simply getting through the day to creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic to who you are.
I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are—no masks, no judgment, and no expectation of having everything figured out. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients challenge the negative thoughts and self-doubts that can leave them feeling "not good enough" or like they don't belong. I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and valued.
I specialize in working with young adults, older adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you're coping with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, identity exploration, or major life changes, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we'll build the tools, confidence, and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges—and maybe even find some humor and hope along the way. After all, growth isn't about becoming someone else; it's about becoming more fully yourself.
