Hello!

My specialty is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative-based Roleplay Therapy. I specialize in working with Neurodivergents, people with personality disorders, as well as the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with people who rely solely on logic to engage with the world and their minds and help them find the tools to process the big emotions life can throw at them.

My therapeutic methods focus on unlocking my clients' emotional side without minimizing the importance of the rational mind. This is done through the power of stories, specifically, the stories we tell ourselves. Centering mutual respect and clear boundaries, I use a collaborative approach to therapeutic interventions because I believe that my role is not to “fix” people; it’s to walk alongside them and help unravel the narratives they hold themselves to.

There is no one “right” way to do therapy. Everyone needs something slightly different, but I am not a mind reader. When we work together, we can then understand each other and find the right paths for you to heal and grow.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+, I advocate for my clients in all areas of life. I will not remain silent, nor hide in fear. I believe that everyone is a storyteller at heart. Being able to tell your own story is the first step to discovering the sense of self that eludes so many.
