REAL CONVERSATION. REAL COMPASSION.

Welcome!

Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming!

We strive to create an environment with neurodivergent individuals in mind. As a staff of neurodivergent individuals ourselves, we understand what it can feel like to walk into a sterile, overly bright, and clinical environment.

At Bridge to Hope, we want your experience to feel different. We take as much of the clinical feel out of the experience as possible and strive to create a space that feels more like spending time in a comfortable living room than sitting in a traditional office.

This is your space. Feel free to get comfortable—take off your shoes, curl up in a chair, or even sit on the floor if that feels best for you. We want you to feel comfortable being yourself and to know that you don't have to fit into a traditional idea of what therapy is supposed to look like.

Our Philosophy

At Bridge to Hope, we believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, accepted, and empowered to be their full, authentic self. Our mission is to provide a safe, affirming, and welcoming space where adults, women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and neurodivergent individuals can navigate life's challenges, quiet their inner critic, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Through evidence-based and compassionate therapy, we help our clients reconnect with their self-worth, reduce anxiety and depression, and move toward lives that feel more aligned with their values and authentic selves. We recognize that healing does not look the same for everyone, which is why we strive to meet each person where they are and create an environment where they can feel comfortable being themselves.

We are committed to walking alongside you with respect, curiosity, compassion, and an unwavering belief in your ability to heal, grow, and create a life that feels meaningful to you.
